Do follow-ups count against my lead quota?+
Yes — on Pro and Max plans, which are the only plans that include automated follow-ups. Each 3-day follow-up send uses one lead from your monthly allowance, just like an initial outreach. The quota resets on a rolling 30-day window.
What happens when I hit my limit?+
Signals keep flowing into your feed and nothing is lost. On Free, sending is hard-paused until your 30-day window resets. On Pro and Max, you can keep sending at $0.50 per additional lead — charged automatically via your billing account with no interruption.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. No contracts.

How do you verify contact emails?+
